Delivery charges will apply and will be added separately at the time of WhatsApp order confirmation. Free delivery is not offered on any standard orders unless explicitly communicated via direct founder authorization.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to TAWAR CAR PERFUMES ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our catalog, using our website, initiating inquiries, or placing orders via our digital storefront or WhatsApp integration, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must refrain from accessing our services and products.
2. Company Information & Brand Identity
TAWAR CAR PERFUMES is a luxury automotive lifestyle brand specializing in premium, artisan-formulated car fragrances, including hanging glass diffusers, AC vent clips, spray bottles, and bespoke personalized fragrance cards. Our operations are headquartered in Nanded, Maharashtra, India.
3. Product Offerings & Catalog Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, notes, designs, and dimensions of our car perfumes accurately. However, actual scent perception, digital screen color renditions, and diffusion times may vary depending on climate conditions, cabin temperature, and airflow dynamics.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Valuation
All prices listed on our platform are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). Prices are subject to revision without prior notice. Products are invoiced based on prevailing rates at the moment of order confirmation.
5. Delivery Policy & Applicable Charges
Delivery charges will apply and will be added separately at the time of WhatsApp order confirmation. Shipping rates depend on destination pincode, courier partner schedules, package weight, and dispatch velocity. Any terms implying free delivery elsewhere are null and void.
6. Custom Fragrance Cards & Personalized Items Policy
Custom Fragrance Cards follow a fixed transparent pricing structure: Base Card (₹129) + Customization Charge (+₹30) = Final Total (₹159). Customized cards with user-submitted logos, shapes, names, or profession insignia are strictly manufactured on demand and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once design confirmation or production commences.
7. Order Placement & WhatsApp Confirmation Flow
Our web platform generates a pre-formatted order summary forwarded to our official WhatsApp business desk (+91 89994 07970). An order is deemed accepted only after our executive verifies inventory, calculates applicable delivery charges, confirms shipping coordinates, and shares payment details.
8. Payment Methods & Verification
We accept Unified Payments Interface (UPI), direct National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and approved bank transfers. Payment verification requires customer proof (transaction screenshot/UTR number) sent over WhatsApp before package fulfillment.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Restrictions
Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly restricted to valid pincodes within Nanded city limits. For all orders outside Nanded city, 100% advance prepaid payment is mandatory prior to parcel handover to third-party courier services.
10. Shipping, Order Processing & Timelines
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours following payment confirmation. Custom Fragrance Cards require an additional 24–72 hours for precision cutting, engraving, and scent infusion. Estimated transit periods range from 3 to 7 working days depending on courier accessibility.
11. Delivery Address Accuracy & Re-dispatch
Customers bear full responsibility for supplying complete, accurate postal addresses and working 10-digit telephone numbers. If a consignment returns to our depot due to incorrect address, non-availability, or recipient refusal, the customer must settle secondary re-shipping fees before re-dispatch.
12. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Standard product orders may be canceled or modified only prior to courier parcel pickup. Once the parcel is manifested or handed to the logistics partner, cancellation is impossible. Custom Fragrance Card orders cannot be canceled once design processing begins.
13. Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy
Due to the personal hygiene, luxury formulation, and volatile essence nature of fragrance products, opened, unsealed, or tested bottles/cards are strictly non-returnable. Unopened goods may only be eligible for review if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of receiving damaged glass or mismatched products, you must notify our WhatsApp support desk within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by an uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video recording clearly demonstrating the outer label, package seal, and transit defect.
15. Product Usage, Care & Safety Instructions
Our car perfumes contain concentrated aromatic fragrance oils. Do not ingest, swallow, or allow oils to contact eyes or sensitive skin. Do not spray or spill liquid directly onto polished car lacquer, synthetic leathers, infotainment touchscreens, or vehicle electronic components. Wipe any accidental spills immediately.
16. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All trademarks, logos, brand emblems, custom designs, formulas, marketing imagery, and text assets associated with TAWAR CAR PERFUMES are the exclusive intellectual property of the founder and parent house. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or re-branding is strictly prohibited.
17. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When ordering customized fragrance cards, users agree not to submit offensive, defamatory, unlawful, copyright-infringing, or obscene imagery, logos, or texts. We reserve the absolute right to reject custom print requests that violate decency norms.
18. Privacy Policy & Data Protection
We value your privacy. Customer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, and communication transcripts are collected solely for courier booking, order updates, customer care, and optional promotional broadcasts. We do not sell or rent customer data to external third parties.
19. Promotional Offers, Coupons & Discounts
Coupons such as TAWAR10 (10% OFF on qualifying single product orders above ₹499) cannot be stacked with combo packages, bundle deals, or already discounted products. Only one promotional code may be redeemed per order cycle.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TAWAR CAR PERFUMES shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper storage, heat degradation, vehicle interior staining, or failure to follow product safety directions.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAWAR CAR PERFUMES, its proprietors, employees, and logistics associates against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of custom products.
22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nanded, Maharashtra.
23. Amendments & Contact Information
